In accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security dated 25 April 2013 and numbered 28628 on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment; Annual periodic maintenance of high voltage transformer, high voltage transformer switching elements, electrical installation, lightning rod and grounding in the enterprise should be done by authorized persons in accordance with the relevant standards and regulations.

According to the Regulation on the Protection of Buildings from Fire, Article 67; Systems and devices that require periodic testing and maintenance should be subjected to testing and maintenance, as specified by the competent authority, under the supervision of the building owner or manager and the building authority to whom they have delegated their responsibilities in writing.

According to the Regulation on Grounding in Electrical Installations, Article 10-a, each grounding installation must be visually inspected and tested during assembly and installation, before being put into operation by the user.
